Interior Design

Interior Concept will work with the client to achieve an aesthetically pleasing and practical design.

We believe that it is important not to skimp on this phase of the project and we will spend as long as necessary working with the client to ensure that all design constraints are met. In particular our design will address:

• Environment
• Aesthetics
• Practicality
• Durability
• Overall cost

We pay great attention to detail, as it is the detail that can make or break a good project!

Planning

The larger the project, the more important it is to ensure that the implementation plans are well founded and accurate to ensure on-time delivery.

We will liase with all parties involved and ensure that they recognise their responsibilities and commitments to the project. We will draw up high-level plans showing milestones by which progress can be measured.

Refurbishment

Many aspects of the refurbishment would be carried out by our own staff, for example the design, manufacture and installation of custom-made curtains. Other parts of the project would be contracted out to organisations with whom we have had previous involvement and whose work is known to be of the highest standard. At all times, Interior Concept would oversee the project and manage the subcontractors accordingly.
